If you’re looking for a spacious but cosy space where you can cook your own meals and fire up the woodstove on an afternoon or evening, our Gardener’s annex might be for you.

Tucked at the back of Heathpark House with its own private entrance, the annex starts with a boot room, leading to a well equipped kitchen-diner, down a short hallway to a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, then to a lounge with the woodstove, and a lodge-style bedroom with comfy kingsize bed.

It’s the perfect base for any kind of plans, whether you want to walk in local woods and forests, drive up into the Cairngorms and explore the hills, discover castles and gardens, play a local round or two of golf, or just feel like a peaceful break away.

Whatever you do, keep a look out for our red squirrels and birds from the kitchen-diner’s windows.
